You will check in with your coach once per week via WhatsApp or email. You’ll get a customized spreadsheet with your training and nutrition program, where we will track your weekly progress. Your coach will then provide you with a video review of your spreadsheet, making any adjustments as needed.
How long does it take to see results?
Most clients feel improvements in performance within the first few weeks and see noticeable physical changes within 6 to 12 weeks when they stay consistent and follow the program.
